Giving
"Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” II Corinthians 9:7
One of the ways God’s people worship Him is through tithes and offerings. Your gifts to the Lord through the Church support it’s ministry locally and to the ends of the earth.
ways to give
There are many ways for you give (and it's growing!)
At Church - Whether you are at a Sunday worship service or attending a ministry on a different day, you can place your tithe in one of the two secure offering receptacles (wooden boxes) hanging on the back walls of the sanctuary. You may also drop your tithe off in the church office during office hours.
Online - On any computer, simply go to our website and quickly/securely give by selecting "Giving" on the Navigation Menu at the top of the page. At the top of this page, you will select "Give Now". Below that, you will choose which fund you would like to place your offering, then enter the amount that you would like to give. You may then choose to make this gift recurring. After entering the amount of your gift, a form will appear where you will choose to give with a credit card or through a bank account. After entering the details on this form, click on the "SUBMIT!" button. Your gift will be securely given at that time, and you will receive an email confirmation of your gift.
Smartphone Browser or ShelbyNext Membership App - There are two secure ways to accomplish giving on a smartphone. (1) Go to our website on your smartphone's browser and simply use the instructions from the previous step or (2) Download the ShelbyNext Membership App and use the super easy and secure 'Give' option.
U.S. Mail - Yes, you can still send in your tithe the old fashioned (but still effective) method of mailing it in to: P.O. Box 2007, Brazoria, TX 77422.
